The 388B Pips Out Rubber has high elasticity and fast speed. It is gripy and spinning. It is great for hitting and blocking against loops.
This rubber is on the ITTF Unauthorized Rubber List and therefore it is not good for sanctioned tournaments but it is still quite good for practice or casual play.
